01 The numbers we move

We don't sell vibes. Every dollar of ad spend gets a number tied to it — and you see those numbers every month.

02 The problem

Delivery is now half your revenue. Management is now twice as complicated.

01

You don't have time.

Three platforms. Daily bid changes. Promotion rotations. Photo refreshes. Reports nobody reads. While you're running the line, your ad spend leaks out the back.

02

Your photos aren't converting.

Phone snaps in bad lighting are why your conversion rate is half what it could be. The platforms reward great photography with placement. Yours haven't been updated in years.

03

You can't see what's working.

You glance at the dashboards once a month and shrug. Which promo brought new customers? What's your real ROAS? Which platform is profitable? Nobody is telling you.

03 Services

Three things, done all the way through.

We don't pick and mix. Photography sells the click. Platform management converts the click. Reporting tells you whether it worked. Doing one without the others is half a job.

02 Platform management

Three platforms. One weekly cadence.

We run your DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub campaigns the way agencies run paid media for Fortune 500s — weekly check-ins, bid changes, promotion rotations.

  • Weekly bid + budget optimization
  • Promotion strategy + rotation
  • Dayparting (Grubhub) tuned to your peak
  • Conversion-rate driven photo + copy updates

Every month, a single document tells you what every dollar did. Total ad spend, revenue, blended ROAS, new-vs-returning split, and what we're changing next month.

  • Top 5 KPIs at a glance
  • Platform-by-platform deep dive
  • Blended summary across channels
  • Explicit recommendations for next month

    • Promotion rotation tuned to conversion rate
    • Grubhub dayparting matched to your actual peak hours

    • Single-document monthly report with blended ROAS
    • Quarterly promotion calendar tied to holidays
    • Seasonal photo refreshes
    • 90-day risk-free — if the numbers don't work, you walk
05 What you get in your inbox

Every month, you see exactly what worked.

No dashboards to learn. No platform tabs to juggle. One document. Five KPIs at the top. A row per channel. And a plain-English note on what we're doing differently next month.

06 Why Hudson

Tethered to the ground itself.

The difference between us and everyone else in the game is simple: we're tethered to the ground itself. We don't run your block from a Slack channel three time zones away — we run it from your block.

01

We walk the block.

We're not running campaigns from a tab in California. We've been up and down Ferry Street, Arthur Avenue, Broadway, and Church Avenue. We know your neighbors. We hear what isn't working.

02

Photography is built in.

Most agencies hand you a media plan and tell you to go find a photographer. We shoot your menu ourselves — bundled with the platform work, not a separate invoice. The photos earn the click; the campaigns convert it. No one else packages both.

03

You see every number.

Every month, the same single document. Ad spend, revenue, ROAS, customer mix, and what we're changing next. No black boxes. No screenshots. No fluff.

04

Risk-free after 90 days.

Three-month minimum so we have time to actually work. After that, cancel anytime. The photos are yours. The campaigns stay live. Walk away clean.

07 On your block

We work to make you stand out.

Your competition is two doors down. We make sure customers pick you first. If you're on one of these blocks — or want to be — start a conversation.

08 Pricing

Less than what you pay a line cook for a week.

Industry benchmarks suggest restaurants earn around $5 per $1 of ad spend. At a $400 monthly ad budget, that's $2,000 in expected revenue — comfortably above our retainer.

Important

Service fees are not ad spend. The retainer above is what you pay us. Your ad spend — the money the platforms charge for actual impressions — is separate, and it's yours. We recommend $200–$600/month per location depending on order volume. Every dollar of ad spend is your money, accounted for in your monthly report.

09 Common questions

The conversations we've had on every block.

If the question on your mind isn't here, ask it in the free-audit form. Real human reply, usually same day.

"Why can't I just do this myself?"

You can. Nothing here is a secret. But the question isn't whether it's possible — it's whether it'll get done. The platforms reward weekly attention: bid adjustments, promotion rotations, dayparting, photo refreshes. We watch your kitchen forty hours a week already. We're not also going to manage three ad consoles.

"I tried ads before and they didn't work."

That's almost always one of two things: photos that don't earn the click, or promotions that aren't rotating. Most restaurants set up an ad, walk away, and conclude ads don't work. We're not setting and forgetting — we're touching your campaigns every week.

"Do I really need new photos?"

Almost always — and it's the part owners underestimate. The platforms rank and reward listings with strong photography, so the shoot is what earns the click before the campaign ever converts it. We come to you for a full-day shoot, style and light each dish, and hand back 20–40 retouched, platform-sized images that are yours to keep. It's bundled into the work, not a separate vendor.

"How will I know it actually worked?"

One document, every month. Ad spend, revenue, blended ROAS, new-customer share, and what we're changing next. If after 90 days the numbers don't justify the spend, you walk and keep the photos.

"What does '90-day risk-free' actually mean?"

A three-month minimum so we have real time to do the work — then month-to-month, cancel anytime. After the first 90 days there's no long contract: the photos are yours to keep, your campaigns stay live, and you walk with no further obligation. The minimum is about giving the channel time to perform, not locking you in.

"I can't afford this right now."

Quick math. Industry benchmarks suggest roughly $5 per $1 of ad spend. A $300/month ad budget should land you around $1,500 in revenue — meaningful even on thin restaurant margins. The retainer pays for itself before the second invoice clears.

"I'm already working with someone."

Cool — are they running campaigns across all three platforms with weekly bid adjustments and promotion rotations, sending you a monthly report with ROAS broken out by channel? If yes, stick with them. If no, take our free audit. No commitment.

"Why all three platforms?"

Customers don't pick a platform — they open whichever app is on their home screen. Cutting two of three means missing two-thirds of your potential audience. A modest budget across all three almost always beats a heavy budget on one.
